Matthew was super helpful and knowledgeable about all things SEO/Websites. He was able to have a conversation with my husband and i where he explained everything in a way we would understand. While on this conversation, he was able to make simple yet effective changes and suggestions to which we are super grateful for! They were very supportive and informative, leaving me feeling excited to work with them to launch my business. I'm not very skilled at building a website and that was okay, he made me feel comfortable with my lack of knowledge. I highly recommend Blackthorn Publishing.

Just a horrible experience. I paid $500 way too much. Buttons weren't linked going nowhere, things weren't centered, pictures were completely wrong to what my profession is ( after I specifically asked if he was familiar with my line of work to which he replied yes, his wife or girlfriend does injections and owns a spa so he knows about it), the list goes on. He's a great salesman and told me REPEATEDLY that this was his "bread and butter", "this was all he does because he so good at it", "he doesn't do anything else because he's so good at what he does". Ive had to correct him numerous time. Im talking at least 4 times on things that I kept finding wrong with my site. I was so nice that I even hired him to do my next pages that I needed done despite everything wrong that he did previously. He said yes and that he would get a quote together for me over the weekend... never heard back from him again! This guy will take your money and sell you down his path of his idea to redo everything in stages. I blocked him out of my website and he still hasn't contacted to ask why, that's a huge indication of poor customer service...probably because he was hoping I would just disappear and he could make his $500!...

Hi Tara, Hearing this is very surprising. I remember how much you absolutely loved the new design. I do remember the button that didn't point to one of your pages but we instantly fixed that and even revised a few additional things for you. As well, you were instantly going to hire us to do additional work as stated in your review. Why would you hire us again if you weren't happy? The reason we didn't send you a quote is because you were doing research on which booking system for us to implement during the second phase of work. If there is anything we can do let us know.
