Beware of a Wix professional who asks you to leave a review on his services when he is not anywhere near finished redesigning your site! That is what this person asked me to do not long after beginning a redesign on my website. In the end, I was just grateful to get him to convert my site back to the one that I started with before I met this supposed Wix expert. On our last call, he became so nasty and had to go outside to smoke a cigarette while I waited on the phone for him. Avoid at all cost....

First of all. I asked for a review on the first project that I finished. You then asked me to do more work. This was a 2 week project which turned into a 4 month project. You approved the design originally as I have the emails saying how much you love it. Especially the new colors. I spent from July 2nd to the end of September trying to get you to send me all the content for your pictures. Because of your illness you kept forgetting what to do. I did my best but we had meeting where nothing got done. I spent hours online with you but nothing ever got done. You told me you went through 3 other Wix partners. Maybe the problen is you Scott. I have known Chuck for over 6 years and he has built several websites for me and for friends of mine. He does great work. He is highly skilled, polite, and affordable. I would highly recommend Chuck for any online project you have....

Charles provided excellent service for us - he redesigned our website for a much more attractive appearance, completed an SEO, and taught us how to manage our Google Business site. Charles was very prompt, focused and diligent about completing the work. He is *very* knowledgeable, we were very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend his services....

Chuck is the man he went above and beyond to make sure that my website looked good and all the content was flowing the proper way he also the care all the back and SEO and was talking me through the whole process and constantly updating me as far as what was happening trust him with your site if you want the job done right...

I needed an ecommerce type website made and Charles told me he had done this many times before. It was clear that this was his first attempt at such a website. We discussed 1500 skus to be added and once we got to 600 skus he said there would be an additional charge. Even after showing him in his own recording that he agreed to 1500. This would've been fine but my biggest challenge with Charles was that he was constantly talking over me.
If you need just a general, non complex website I believe Charles would do good work, but this ended up in a disaster. I wasted $2000 and I have to have my website remade from scratch by someone else....

Oh Dean, first I have built many Ecom websites as to the 4 examples I sent you when we first spoke. You said you had around 300 products. Came to find out that it was more like 630.
You never provided a product image, a product name, or a description, just codes to find on another website which I then had to pull everything from, and you never sent me the CSV file in the format that I asked for. I had you check out the search features for Searchanise, and they all met your standards.
You did not send me the recording with the time stamp I asked for. In fact, after that conversation, we had many more emails in which I was once again asking for the same basic information I had been asking for from the start but you were supposedly waiting on your lawyer and manufacturer. Plus you asked me to make some minor changes. Then a week later without a phone call you just disappeared. You changed the functionality you wanted three times.
I provided a fully designed Ecom website with over 30 pages. As for talking over you, yes I did do that as you kept repeating the same things over and over again, even when I told you the functionality you are looking for can not be done in Wix. Each time I spoke to you you sent me different sites that you wanted the functionality to work on your site. Each time I explained what we could do and what we could not do. I also told you to stop changing your mind every time we spoke as it does not work like that. ... 0
