Oh My God!!! Have I done something wrong by requesting a professional from wix marketplace? This person has submitted second project for me and I did not know, who the hell, he is!!!
Below is the review that I have done already and explaining here again;
Totally Fraud and Scam!!! I did not need any seo services for which this person submitted the project, First of all, I have not even communicated with this person. I have sort out my website design myself.
I do not know which project url he has submitted as my website. From the day, I sent the request in wix marketplace, this person has sent me more than 20 useless automations, did not know why that happened.
He has 200 completed projects here and I am sure, he has done same scam for everyone by submitting false details.
Just avoid this person!!!
But again, I am worried, how this person submitted my project while I have not discussed anything with him. Horrible Lesson Learnt!!! ...

I used wix myself for web design when I took a few classes back in school. I have not used it in a few years, I am a very busy person so thought i’d pay someone to design my site for me since I don’t have much down time. I paid $1200 for someone to slap some google photos on my site and add a weird background. The entire “site” if that’s what you even want to call it was so embarrassing. I am a new business owner and I’m literally remaking my entire website all over again. I did not know any of the offers Wix provided because the “designers” did not inform me. He spelled “arrivels” instead of “arrivals”. If they knew I was opening a retail store, and they are designing my page, they should inform the buyer on important pages to have. Maybe ask some questions like “Would you like a Log In page for new customers?” Or different offers Wix also has. I feel like this was the biggest waste of money and if I was asked or informed more about what an actual page needs for retail that would have been extremely more helpful instead of taking all night to figure out how to add a “back” button because there was no detail at all on my page. I clicked on an item and couldn’t even go back I had to click the home page and it reset where I was. Honestly, I feel scammed and I should have known better. Lesson learned. ...
