Creative, Resourceful, and professional are the words that come to mind when I think of the Digital Therapy team led by Jon Kobrin. From the initial consultation to the site's launch, the team was by my side and taught me so much along the journey. Jon took his time to understand my website's vision and intent truly, then patiently worked with me to bring it to life. I often wanted things that didn't make sense for the website; he remained professional throughout and guided me back to the right path. I trust their craft and plan to hire them for all my websites in the future. Jon was wonderful. He took the time to understand our business and figure out what it was that we were needing. Half of the time, we had no clue what we needed or what would work. He was always thinking in advance of the potential of what our business could be and how the website could help advance that. Things we had no idea could be done, he made sure to inform us of it. He didn't at anytime pressure us into anything that we didn't want or even for the things we needed, he let us process it and than make an educated decision. He was very patient with both myself and my wife through the process. We both had different thoughts and ideas we kept throwing his way, and not once did he seem frustrated or upset with our constant changing ideas and thoughts through the process. A few times in the middle of the project, he had everything laid out like we initially wanted, and than we changed our mind on where our business was headed. The work he had put in up to that point, had to be revamped and changed, not due to him but to us, and he did everything with a smile and gracious attitude. I can't count how many times he would ask how we wanted something and my wife and I would say whatever you think is best. His best idea was WAY... better than anything we could have came up with on our best day. We are so thankful to Jon and his team for helping us. Those that have seen our website are blown away by the professional look and structure of it. You can't go wrong if you have Jon and Digital Therapy do your website for you....
