I first spoke with Neill, who assigned me to Joel, my web designer. Whenever I had a query, he responded quickly and dealt with the matter in hand. I am absolutely delighted with my new website! It has been designed to a high standard and all completed within the time frame they stated. There were a few teething problems (no fault of theirs) and I was very grateful for their time and patience in dealing with it. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Working with DarkFuse was an absolute pleasure they really worked hard to bring my vision to life in a short time frame. They were responsive to feedback and went above and beyond to create the bespoke customer sign up and booking journey I required. Despite some Wix limitations they worked diligently to find work arounds. Several months on I've not had a single issue with sign up, payments or website speed. They managed my eye for detail with the utmost professionalism and I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to a friend. I'm not the easiest to please but they really left me happy with the job. I wanted to provide a visually rich and informative web experience to demonstrate my offering, the positive feedback has been overwhelming including strong interest from sponsors. Reliable and flexible, especially as we were not very clear what we needed at the beginning of the design process. Very happy with the final website. We hope to add further functionality in future, so would happily work with Darkfuse again....

Although DarkFuse were easy to get in contact with, the communication from the person redesigning my website was often difficult and confusing. I found they didn't always answer my questions/understand.
There were a few problems throughout the process, of which I personally found quite major. The website was launched without my authorisation before it was ready and the attention to detail in terms of formatting was poor. I ended up having to do much of the formatting myself. Therefore, I feel bad, but on this basis, I wouldn't recommend them.
Someone else may have a completely different experience, but I can only comment on my own journey with them....

The team were very patient with me despite my changing my mind about what I wanted a couple of times. They took the time to explain what was required from me and how long it would all take. I am delighted with my new site - it looks refreshed and modern, and conveys my business clearly....

Neil and Joel went above and beyond to produce an amazing website for me. They are both really nice guys and easy to deal with. Any emails I sent were quickly replied to and there was full consultation throughout so I knew exactly what was happening and felt fully involved in the process.
The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of work, the uncharged extras, and the time spent on my project. I was not charged until I was happy with the site which gave me peace of mind.
They took my website to a different level inside a week and I have no hesitation in recommending DarkFuse to anyone....
