They communicate a lot, however their work quality it really terrible. They do these zoom calls where they do not appear on video and ask you tons of questions and none of your responses are implemented. You can do a better job on your own. The cost was 1k and 1/2 upfront and I got literally nothing but a waste of my time on long unproductive zoom calls. The mock-ups are just a wix template. ...
