They communicate a lot, however their work quality it really terrible. They do these zoom calls where they do not appear on video and ask you tons of questions and none of your responses are implemented. You can do a better job on your own. The cost was 1k and 1/2 upfront and I got literally nothing but a waste of my time on long unproductive zoom calls. The mock-ups are just a wix template. ...

However, in your case, our team went the extra mile by offering you multiple mockups to ensure your utmost satisfaction. We always prioritize our clients' contentment. It's worth noting that you initially accepted one design but then ceased communication for several days, leaving our team in limbo. Despite the challenges we encountered, we continued to approach the situation with professionalism and respect.
Subsequently, you expressed your desire to cancel the project after our team had invested countless hours into it. Yet, we upheld our commitment to delivering quality work by refraining from requesting any final payment. Reading your review and understanding your perspective leaves us feeling disheartened and disappointed.
