This experience has been the worst relationship I have had with a company in my professional life. They have jeopardized the trajectory of our website project, and there is no end in sight. The website design submitted for my review is not acceptable. It is amateurish and of very poor quality. I am disappointed, to say the least. I feel that continuing with Zoek Marketing open ended will cost thousands of additional dollars and leave me with a product that I am not satisfied with. My thanks to Roxena and Paul for their efforts. I would like to meet with the senior manager who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and high quality.

ZERO STARS! Deceptive and fraudulent sales tactics. BEWARE! The service was sold to me as a custom website and custom logo. Not only were deadlines missed. But the logo was clearly AI generated and absolutely nothing like what I requested. The logo didn’t even make sense. The website was clearly built using a basic Wix template which I could do myself. Nothing was filled in on the website, and AI pictures were used even though I provided real pictures and a ton of information on the business....
