Thanks for providing your feedback. I do however feel this is very unjustified. The service was for a logo design, which you were very happy with. The communication broke down for the added service of signage designs. The brief changed a number of times, requirements changed and this became unmanageable for the small budget we quoted. I am very disappointed to have received this review since we resolved matters amicably months prior to this. 

Things started off well, but then the designer was extremely difficult to get hold of. This made it impossible to trust this designer with our project and we had to look elsewhere.

Thanks for providing feedback to your experience. I am sorry that you did not feel you were provided with a good service and that communication was lacking. I have looked back through all emails and there was never an occasion where you did not receive a reply within 24 hours. I would like to state that you took several weeks to get back to us and changed requirements a number of times. We pride ourselves on good customer service and can only apologise for your experience. 

Callum is not particularly concerned with smaller jobs / customers with small businesses. He doesn't return emails or phone calls and can't be bothered to set 'on leave' auto replies or voice recordings. He has his own ideas of how things should look and doesn't listen to the client.

It was a pleasure working with Blueprint. Will work with them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.
