Give every sales rep a referral link and a private dashboard. Orders placed through a rep's link, or by customers assigned to a rep, are credited to that rep automatically, and the customer stays with that rep for their next orders. Commission is worked out on each order from your rules: a default rate or a rate for each rep, with or without shipping. It is approved once the order is paid (or as soon as it's placed, if you prefer). Refunds and cancellations come off the commission automatically, including refunds that arrive after you've paid the rep. Record each payout to keep every rep's balance up to date, and export commissions to CSV at any time. Each rep sees their own sales, commission and payouts on a private dashboard link, with no login needed.
