Most FAQ tools give a site one FAQ: a single shared list, so your delivery questions and your workshop questions end up in the same accordion. FAQ Sections and Search gives you as many separate sections as you need. Build one for delivery, one for returns, one for each service you sell, and put each on the page it belongs to. Search stays inside the section it sits on, passes over small words like "the" and "how", and offers the closest questions when nothing matches every word. It runs in the visitor's browser, so it is instant. Answers can hold links and lists. The words visitors read can be written in your own language, and the FAQ stays readable on a light or a dark page. Pick lines, cards or a plain list, and add a "Still have a question?" button. Nothing is ever added to a page for you. Free covers one section of up to 25 questions, with search and every design control. Pro adds a separate FAQ for every page (up to 200), up to 500 questions in each, the was-this-helpful prompt and its counts, the searches that found nothing, structured data and CSV export. Business adds categories and a link straight to each question.
