Approve members automatically when they sign up with an address on your list and confirm it is theirs, so the people you expect get in without waiting. Members pending approval appear in one list to filter and approve or block in bulk. Made for sites that approve members by hand: classes, private communities, staff and client portals, alumni networks and clubs. No code needed, and only strangers wait for your review. Type addresses one per line or import a CSV, checked before anything is added. Pro approves whole domains, such as everyone @school.edu, with lists of any length, and marks addresses from 9,000+ disposable domains. Nobody gets in just by typing an address from your list: the app waits until they confirm they own it. Blocking only touches people still pending and asks first. Missed signups are caught up on the next signup or page visit. The free plan approves up to 25 listed addresses and includes bulk approve and block. Pro adds domains and unlimited lists. Good to know: it works when signups are set to "Only people I approve" and new members confirm their email. People who signed up before you turned it on wait for you, like anyone not on your list.
