Shipping times, return rules, opening hours, product details, answered in seconds, day and night. When a visitor wants a person, they can ask at any time. The assistant steps aside and the chat lands in your Inbox, where you or your team reply live under your own names. If nobody is free, visitors can leave their email so you can follow up. Capture leads right in the chat, see them in one list and export to CSV, or send them to your other tools with webhooks. Know what's working: visitors rate each chat and give a thumbs up or down on answers, and Basic and Pro plans include analytics.
