Forms PDF: Signatures & Images helps site owners create downloadable PDF records from native Forms submissions. It is intended for workflows where you need a complete, readable record. Native PDF exports display a drawn signature as “Signed” and show uploaded images as filenames. This app is designed to display supported signatures and uploaded images alongside the submitted answers, making each submission easier to review. From the app dashboard, site owners can refresh the submissions list, select a submission, review its available content and download a PDF. The current version supports native form submissions, drawn signatures and uploaded image files. Other uploaded file types are listed by filename.
