Deceptive Tactics. Dont use themA company that won't allow you to cancel AT ALL, and gives you knowingly false information in the FAQ about how to cancel, isn't a company that deserves your money....

Not enough monthly recordingsYou only get 2 recordings per month. They should give us 2 per day because then you can actually learn something.
