TableMate adds a table booking form to your restaurant's website, so guests can reserve directly with you, and it gathers the bookings in one list in your dashboard. Guests choose the party size, the day and an available time, and full times are marked. The form follows your site's language (English, Italian, French, German, Spanish or Albanian) and has a switch to English. After booking, guests get a booking card to keep, with a QR code that opens a private page where they can view or cancel their booking, and they can add it to Apple or Google Calendar. In your dashboard you can see today's bookings, tomorrow's and later ones, accept requests, cancel with a reason the guest can read, and contact guests by WhatsApp or phone. Alerts for new bookings, requests and guest cancellations can also reach your phone. In the settings you choose the opening hours, closed days, seats, largest party size and which large parties need your approval, and you can pause online bookings at any time. Bookings are stored with your website's own data rather than on a separate server, and older bookings are deleted after a period you choose.
